A roundabout has just popped up opposite this gateway, it is so new it does not yet appear on the OS maps. It's probably connected with the huge housing estate also going up.

Towcester Racecourse (3)
This photo looks towards the entrance on the A5 London Road, the postcode being NN12 6LB. The National Hunt racecourse has fixtures during the Autumn, Winter and Spring months, weather permitting. In the foreground can just be seen the grandstand whilst the greyhound track is to the right of the photo.
Update: it was announced on Tuesday 1st October 2019 that horse racing has now ceased at this racecourse.
