Art Deco building, Rushden
Built as a coach station for Birch's Coaches. With the station a few yards up the road and being directly on the A6 it was an ideal transport hub. All undone with railway closures and the rise of private motoring.http://www.countrybus.co.uk/independent/birch.htm http://www.rushdenheritage.co.uk/ebooks-intro.html Click on Birch Bros Buses (e book)
