A morning queue
Traffic on Bye Pass Road (A6005) in the few minutes before this was taken the queue has grown westward as far as can be seen towards Attenborough. See Image for the view eastward.

Long Eaton Textile Services (1)
I don't know when this company moved out of Long Eaton to this site on Bye Pass Road in Chilwell, but it closed around 3 years ago and slowly but surely the buildings are being demolished.

Skylink bus stop
I stopped to take this picture because of the subtle irony of the fallen timetable board. The notice on the visible side is for the online "live" timetable service available for Trent Barton buses. The text is "feel waitless". This was apparently too much weight for the fixing.
Skylink is currently the only bus service to use this section of the A6005 Along Bye-Pass Road and Queens Road West. All other services go via Attenborough Lane and Chilwell High Road to Beeston.
