This path has been asphalted all the way across the golf course, so is easy going after the rain.

Poplars being felled
It is sad to see this spectacular stand of poplars being felled, but it was inevitable. About a year ago two of the trees from the centre of the group fell on to the playing field damaging only the boundary fence. Since then the remaining trees have been looking more unstable.
