Old School now apartments
A very sympathetic conversion of an old school on Church Street. The development also has some attractive new-build blocks, one of which can be seen peeping round what I assume was the School Master's house on the right.

An unfortunate choice of words
Hopfully when the trams come in the latter part of next year they won't be late! Update Dec 2014: Proved to be wrong on the intended meaning too. The trams are now not expected to be running here until mid 2015.
