The Lion Inn and Shipstone's Brewery
The Lion Inn, on the corner of Fisher Street and Mosley Street, is now a Bateman's of Wainfleet house. The former Shipstone's Star Brewery is a stone's throw away on Radford Road, New Basford.

The Lion Inn and Shipstone's Star Brewery
Red brick, red paint, red bins. Shipstone's (in the background, with a flag) is no longer a brewery and The Lion serves Bateman's of Wainfleet. The pub has stood in isolation since terraced houses on Shipstone and Mosley Streets were demolished.
