Entrance to New Technology Entrepreneurship Centre
Although a considerable amount of tidying up is still going on around the outside of the building it appears to be occupied. The tree is one of an avenue of Scholar's Trees (Sophora japonica) planted as mature trees around 2007 at a cost of £5000 each.

Waterwheel alongside Innovation Park
I haven't been able to establish the purpose of this wheel, but it appears to be attached to a small pump. It can be raised and lowered by means of a screw on the framework, and my guess is that it is a means of topping up the ornamental pond on the left.
