Now empty former Brown Butlin offices. In August 2018 the owner was given permission to change the use of the 5,900 sq. ft. former offices to eight residential apartments. In 1896 and 1938 occupants of Brook House Ruskington were listed as the Pattinson family. (Haringey Station -opened 1885- had its footbridge and a road bridge built by Samuel & William Pattinson builders and contractors of Ruskington who are listed in 1861 but no address is given)
