A modern wall
This is the side elevation of the building seen in Image, visible too to the left of The Greyhound in Image and Image We are standing here in the alleyway that leads to the rear of the former Inn. This is a modern 1970s-style brick wall with circular windows, extending behind the 18th century limestone frontage of the cottages. This makes the listing at https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1062748 rather mysterious, as it ends "South side of no interest". It seems to me that the South Side is the only part of any historic interest, judging by this construction.
