Newark: Pelham Street
A fine painted survival from the far-off days when signs had full-stops shows the building's former use: "Pelham Mews. Robert Davis. Horse Dealer & Breaker. Horses & Traps for Hire."

A remarkably intact survivor, almost certainly not later than the First World War, and probably older. Listed Grade II.

Pelham Street, looking towards Victoria Street
The nearest house dates from the early 19th century and is Listed Grade II. At some point since the original 1992 listing, some plain sashes and casement windows have been replaced with more authentic glazing bar sashes.

Pelham Mews
