Robin Hood Hotel
20th century wing to this historic, grade II listed former hotel in the centre of Newark, it has been empty for about 10 years and is now in a sorry state of repair. Newark & Sherwood District Council have placed it on their Buildings at Risk register and it seems that it will soon be re-developed.

The listed part has been saved, but the rest of the Robin Hood Hotel http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/665706 has been cleared. Closed since 1999 it has become an increasingly sorry eyesore in the heart of Newark, now undergoing redevelopment.
