Sundial, Farnsfield churchyard
Dating from the late 18th century, only the octagonal supporting column remains. Listed Grade II. The flush bracket bench mark pictured here http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/4015757 is on the rear face of the right hand buttress in the background.

St.Michael's font
An enigma in St.Michael's church .... the oldest surviving part is the late 14th / early 15th century tower in a Victorian rebuild of 1859-60, however this font looks like a 12th century bowl on a circular pedestal and base.

Church of St Michael, Farnsfield
Seen from the south east across the churchyard. Part of the tower is all that remains of the 15th century church, which burnt down in the 1850s and was rebuilt in 1859-60 by Hine and Evans of Nottingham. Listed Grade II.
