Former Blidworth Dale Lane Primitive Methodist chapel
A relatively modern church and one of the last Primitive Methodist chapels to be built in 1928 when the coal mines were expanding and before all threads of Methodism merged, see; http://www.myprimitivemethodists.org.uk/page/dale_lane_primitive_methodist_chapel_blidworth Nowadays you can buy men's formal wear there, sadly imported from abroad, but very inexpensive; http://www.blidworthmenswear.co.uk/aboutus.php The founders of the church would be amazed to see what has happened in such a short time, not least the elimination of all deep coal mines from Britain.
