The railway bridge that carries The Robin Hood Line over the A6075. Any traffic seen crossing the bridge and travelling towards the left would have just left the station and be heading towards Mansfield, the next station down the line. The road on this side of the bridge is Priory Road, whereas on the other side of the bridge the A6075 is known as Debdale Lane. The road off to the right is Station Hill.

Looking north, towards Worksop, from the south end of platform 1, showing how the platforms here are staggered. In the centre of the picture is platform 2, used by trains from Worksop to Nottingham, while the line on the right leads to platform 3, used by trains that terminate here. The distinctive house style of railway stations built or refurbished for the reopening of the Robin Hood Line is evident, particularly in the platform surface and lighting.
