Former bus turning circle, Oak Tree estate
Thanks to the way the estate is laid out, the main bus service from Mansfield town centre serves it by following a one way loop, while the other routes serving the estate do not terminate here. Therefore, this turning circle on Jubilee Way South is now redundant, hence the bus shelter (extreme right) being situated outside it.

Bridleway off Jubilee Way South, Oak Tree estate
This public bridleway cuts across the estate in a manner that seems to indicate that it was here first. I am unsure quite how a horse would cope with negotiating the railings.
