Gates to St Mary Magdalene Church
Looking north to the church porch. These gates are unusual because they were erected as a memorial to those who perished in World War II. The pillars list the individual names and the inscription "These gates were erected by public subscription in grateful memory of those men and women of this town who laid down their lives in the World War 1939-1945".
