Fingerpost at Epperstone
Standard Nottinghamshire cast iron post with roundel. The most interesting feature is the choice of Doncaster, nearly 40 miles away, as one of the places pointed to.

On Main Street at its junction with Lowdham Road (behind the photographer). The sign pointing west gives mileages to rather less local destinations than the others, including Doncaster.

Outbuilding at Grove Farm
This was clearly at least partly, if not wholly used as a dovecote. Interestingly, at least three other dovecotes exist in the village.

Dovecotes at Grove Farm
Dovecotes feature heavily in Epperstone village and the distinctive brickwork has been replicated in several more modern buildings. A robotic lawnmower can also be seen here weaving its way around the garden.
