Milton Street
Sunday morning - one taxi, one bus! Normally taking a photograph in the middle of this street would be foolhardy.

Stone benches in Trinity Square
Incorporated in the small open space created as part of the redevelopment. The benches have inlaid panels, some of which are clearly representational, like this oak leaf, whilst others appear to be more abstract.

Some demolition and refurbishment work in the vicinity of the Victoria Centre is visible here from the Trinity Square multi-storey car park. The Grade II-listed former station clock tower dates from c.1900. The tower was designed by A.E.Lambert for the Great Central Railway Company as part of the former Nottingham Victoria railway station. The station was demolished in 1967 but the tower and the present Hilton Hotel were preserved. The Victoria Centre was built in 1967-72. In February 2013 the parent company, Capital Shopping Centres, changed its name to "Intu Properties plc" and the centre was renamed the "Intu Victoria Centre" as part of the company's £25m nationwide re-branding exercise.
