Widmerpool Hall
Formerly an AA training and conference centre, and now being converted into luxury flats. Outlying buildings, post-dating the Hall, have been cleared for luxury housing. On the whole it appears to be a reasonably careful development.

Church of St Peter and St Paul, Widmerpool
The tower is essentially all that remains of the medieval church, dating from the 14th century. The rest was virtually completely rebuilt 1888-95, and this is very evident from the state of the stonework and the styling. Listed Grade II*.
