Estate cottages on Hollygate Lane
The stones in the large gables record these as being rebuilt in 1913, together with a large M indicating the involvement of the Manvers family, at Holme Pieerepont.

This field and its neighbours were due at the time to be developed for new housing as part of the major expansion of Cotgrave. The bridleway route is planned to be retained as such.

Cycle tracks in the mud
Perfectly legal here, as this is a bridleway. The path is clearly well used, giving the crop a hard time growing!
