Local traffic road by A46 Fosse northwards
The A46 is now dual carriageway from just here to Newark. Stretches of the old singlevarriage way road remain for local traffic with new access road such as this one.

Station Road, Widmerpool
This is the old junction with the A46, now well and truly severed. Even before the new scheme, the junction had been modified to prevent conflicting movements on the A46.
