Corpus Christi Church, Clifton Estate
The Roman Catholic church for the Clifton estate. Designed by Reynolds and Scott (Manchester and Nottingham) and built 1963-4. The tower contains a single, electrically operated, bell cast by Taylors of Loughborough.

The roadway is essentially complete, but work continues on the verges and footways.

This road is now open again for two-way traffic. The tramway is ready for operation although there is still considerable finishing work to be done.

Test Tram on Southchurch Drive
Regular daytime testing through to the Clifton terminus has now started. Southchurch Drive is finally free from traffic cones.

Tracks are in situ but remain to be surfaced. The footway has been retained wide enough to allow vehicle access for residents.
