The Nethergate Stream
This is a natural watercourse, but heavily constrained on its passage through Clifton Estate. It is a tributary of the Fairham Brook and rises near the old Clifton Village.

Finished tram track on Southchurch Drive
This is the first section of the new routes where the roadway has been fully finished with tram track in situ. Work has yet to start on the track for the other direction of travel as access has to be maintained. It doesn't look to be long before the sides are reversed to allow the second track to be laid.
