Not a full demolition after all
Only the old frontage and offices have been knocked-down. A new frontage is now being constructed. See Image

Phoenix Mill, Long Eaton (4)
The frontage along Nottingham Road.
The carpet warehouse still occupies part of the frontage, but most of the mill is now empty and To Let. I can't see anyone wanting to redevelop the buildings as they are and I expect they will be demolished before very long.

Most of the mill is now empty and To Let. Although a carpet warehouse still occupies part of the frontage. I can't see anyone wanting to redevelop the buildings as they are and I expect they will be demolished before very long.
