Eighton Banks
Set on a high hill overlooking the surrounding area, this community is on the outskirts of Gateshead. The little black dots are a flock of birds that took off as I took the photograph. Eighton Banks main claim to fame is that it gave the country that excellent Leeds United and England footballer, Norman Hunter
