Is situated on the outskirts of Morpeth in Northumberland in approximately 100 acres of land.

Path, A1
Unsigned, overgrown but far superior to most cycle paths including the one a short way to the south. Makes life a little less stressful if coming off the A697 into Morpeth.
It looks like a remnant of the A1 from before the new junction was built.
