The Black Bull Hotel, Bellingham
The passing rally car is a Ford Escort Mark 1 being driven by Ben Smith with Steven Smith navigating. They were car number 48 on the Roger Albert Clark Rally 2023 and went on to win their class (C3), finishing tenth overall.
