It's just possible to see the left hand of the two arches, but the right hand one is completely hidden by the foliage. See Image
The Keys to the Past website says that the kiln was built in the mid-19th C and was in use until the mid-1940s http://www.keystothepast.info/durhamcc/K2P.nsf/K2PDetail?readform&PRN=N6380 (there is also an older photo of the kiln free of foliage).
