One of several auto-related businesses on Haugh Lane at the bottom of town. I'm intrigued by the blue door, which is clearly not intended to be walked through - some kind of store room perhaps, or a boarded up window?

Ruin in Haugh Lane, Hexham
As far as I can ascertain, this ruin only recently became clearly visible (summer 2022) having previously been hidden by ivy. An elderly resident told me that when he was a child in the early 50s, the local children referred to it as the old glassworks.
