House near Delegate Hall, Hexham
This large modern house adjoining Delegate Hall occupies a commanding position overlooking the Tyne valley. The only snag is that it also commands the best view in the whole of Hexham of the Egger's works Image Egger's http://www.egger.co.uk , manufacturer of MDF and chipboard, is the large factory on the eastern outskirts of town, which everybody loves to hate. Despite being a blot on the landscape, it provides a lot of employment and brings extra business to the town. The factory was completely rebuilt in 2007, a clear indication that it is here to stay.
