Inspection chamber at end of Throckley Aqueduct pipeline, Hexham Road, Throckley
The covered chamber is in a private garden on the south side of the Hexham Road opposite the now disused Throckley Filter Beds. It marks the end of the pipeline that formerly supplied water from Whittle Dene Reservoir.
