The fine building is still looking for a new owner, change of name or developer. The former England footballer Paul Gascoigne http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paul_Gascoigne was a famous customer here.

River Team heading towards River Tyne
The River Team passing through Dunston is clearly tidal as it approaches its confluence with the River Tyne close to Dunston Staiths. The fenced area seems to be the end of a narrow road with perhaps space for parking a few vehicles.
