Team Valley Trading Estate - Kingsway South
The Team Valley Trading Estate in Gateshead was developed in the 1930's. The main road through the estate is Kingsway, seen in this image. Kingsway is a dual carriageway with the River Team culverted and hidden beneath the central reservation.

Looking north up Kingsway, Team Valley
Kingsway is the main road through the Team Valley Trading Estate. The River Team runs down the centre of the road, and is covered by steel mesh. Scrubs have grown over the mesh as can be seen here.

Seventh Avenue on the Team Valley
The Team Valley Trading Estate in Gateshead was constructed in the 1930's. These small units are some of the original ones, most of which have been replaced by more modern buildings. There is a slight wiff of Art Deco here.
