South Hillhead, Carluke

Milton Road
A road on the edge of Carluke. The maps have recently lost the yellow colour and it has probably been blocked off at the eastern end on the busy Lanark Road.

Mayfield Brickworks, Carluke
At one time there were several of these brickworks utilising colliery waste to produce bricks. I think this is the only one still operating in the Carluke area.
