Disused Railway Platform at Ryding
Fellow Geographer Robert Murray reliably informs me that the platform was
used to load vegetables and other produce (from local farms) onto
trains bound for Glasgow.
Glasgow Corporation owned Brackenhirst Farm and many others in the area.
