A futile plea
Putting up a notice against dumping in Lanarkshire is about as useful as putting up a notice against raining. Note that most of the rubbish appears to be commercial - this is a crime which is all too popular with folk owning businesses.
This was the entrance to a large waterboard property on Strathaven Road.
