A small graveyard at Glenholm
There are some 18th century symbolic gravestones and a small fragment of the old parish church in this graveyard. The private burial ground of the Tweedie family is in the background behind the tree.

A gravestone detail at Glenholm
This is one of the happiest looking skulls I’ve come across on an old gravestone. The smiling symbolic death’s head is carved on an end panel of an 18th century tablestone. For a general view of the small graveyard, see Image
