Old Covid 19 notice, Scottish Borders Council
Visiting empty hills (I have yet to see anyone on a hill since February) was discouraged - instead we were supposed to stay within 8km of home, for most people that meant crowded streets, parks and beaches. They got away with it - so far with low infection numbers now in Scotland contrasting with the mayhem next door. The regulations here had expired the previous week.
