The new houses along Mosside Road and Boghall Park as seen from Cardon Hill. There has been quite a lot of house building along the A702 recently. The hill is Biggar Common.

Watershed near Biggar
The faint line of the old railway embankment can be seen Beyond that is the watershed. It is said that the Clyde and Tweed are on the same altitude - approx. 200m and that in ancient times one might have flowed another way at times.
