Bertram House, Kersewell
Originally Kersewell House https://canmore.org.uk/site/48903/kersewell-house, this was once part of Kersewell Agricultural College; it has now been converted into apartments. There is a grand plan, undated, to turn the whole of this area into a huge resort complex http://www.kersewell.com/master-plan/.

Field by Bertram House
This field is no longer used for agriculture. Weeds have grown to maturity, ungrazed and there are missing boundaries. Presumably it is land awaiting housing development, there now being a sizable community of new largish houses here.
