Originally Kersewell House https://canmore.org.uk/site/48903/kersewell-house, this was once part of Kersewell Agricultural College; it has now been converted into apartments. There is a grand plan, undated, to turn the whole of this area into a huge resort complex http://www.kersewell.com/master-plan/.
