Douglas, Memorials to the Free Polish Army
The Polish 10th. Cavalry Brigade were billeted in and around the town, 1940 - 1943. In fact remains of the camp adjacent to these memorials are easily seen to this day.

Polish Memorial Garden, Douglas
Monuments made by Polish soldiers based here in the 1940s after the fall of their homeland. The plaque Image explains that the three memorials were brought together here in 2002.
