Tower of St. Andrew's, Ampthill
The church is mostly built with 'ironstone', like so many churches in Bedfordshire. As I remember, it is quarried just over the border in Northamptonshire.

Window within St Andrews Church
This window commemorates Sir John Cornwall and his wife Elizabeth of Lancaster. Sir John was at the side of Henry V at Agincourt (I am told I have no personal knowledge) and is pictured kneeling on a french knights shield. Happy days.
