Fenny Stratford: Railway line to Bletchley
The line was built in 1846 by the Bedford Railway but subsequently taken over by the London & North Western Railway. Looking here from Fenny Stratford station the railway passes under Watling Street at Stag Bridge and the fact that the track was once doubled is evident from the width of the bridge. Just beyond the bridge is a junction that enables access to the Newton Longville landfill site a short distance down the now disused line to Bicester.

Telephone Exchange, Fenny Stratford (2)
Taken from Church Street, this TE rather resembles an office block, and is one of six TEs serving Milton Keynes City. The original TE would appear to be to the left of the photo, whilst the taller extension on the right was added more recently. To the right of the photo can be seen the black gate, which has two white BT warning notices on it, whilst the red notice adjacent to them says "This gate must be kept shut at all times". A BT Openreach vehicle can just be seen behind the gate.
