Pavilion at the end of the Drive
Called the Boycott Pavilions after the nearby Boycott Manor, this building and its twin, partly visible beyond, flank the old Roman road which leads to Stowe House from the south west. From this side, a long avenue leads down to the lake in the centre of Stowe Gardens
The car and the bins suggest that the pavilion is lived in, either permanently or as a holiday rental.

Stowe Park, Boycott Pavilion
This is the easterly of two pavilions either side of Oxford Avenue, the south-westerly approach to the estate. They are of stone, built by James Gibbs in 1728 and 1729 and modified by Borra in 1758. This one was converted to a 3-storey house in 1959.
