Newport Pagnell Town Clock
The clock on High Street commemorates the bicentenary (1810-2010) of the rebuilding of the town's bridges. The centre pillar and railings reflects the design of Tickford Iron Bridge.

The Dolphin, Newport Pagnell
According to the town's historical society the Dolphin is of 16th century origin, although the pub's own website only claims 17th century. Either way, it has been a feature of the High Street for a very long time. The splendid Queen Anne period house next door is called Brewery House and was at one time occupied by the owners of a brewery that stood where the medical centre now is.

The High Street, Newport Pagnell
The former Saxon market town of Newport Pagnell, is typical of many small towns nowadays: a few pubs; a few banks and estate agents and; many charity shops! Recent improvements to the street scene are aimed at reviving its fortunes.
