Pilot's Way, Horsted Park

The demolition of Mid-Kent College, Chatham
This large college on the A229 Maidstone Road, closed a few years ago. A new college has been built in Gillingham. See Image Countryside Properties are going to build an estate of houses on the site, after the buildings have been demolished. Under the new name Horsted Park. The new houses of Horsted Park
This new housing development is on the former site of Mid Kent College. The college has been demolished and a new housing development is going up. These are the first houses of the development.

The last parts of Mid Kent College
This large former college on Maidstone Road, has now moved to a new campus in Gillingham (Image). The various campus buildings have been demolished and the rubble is being transported elsewhere. The empty site will then be developed into a housing estate.
