Mobile CCTV Car on Edinburgh Road
Medway and Maidstone councils have several of these Smart Cars with CCTV cameras on-board. They patrol around various areas. There digital cameras record Car number plates (looking for out-of-date tax discs) etc.
This one is watching Luton Road. Very busy road.
