Planning permission has been approved, with conditions, by Medway Council under application numbers MC/16/1319 for “listed building consent application for external repairs and alterations”, MC/16/1350 for the “installation of 4 roof hatches and fall arrest systems to allow for perimeter gutter maintenance” and MC/16/1351 for “listed building consent application for the installation of 4 roof hatches and fall arrest systems to allow for perimeter gutter maintenance”. The Brook Theatre is grade II listed.
