Diggerland Kent - the Spindizzy
Your eyes don't deceive - this really is a real JCB digger that has been converted into a theme park style ride - and a rather good one at that! Part of the Diggerland attraction just off the M2 motorway, this theme park allows adults and kids alike ride and control various kinds of diggers.

Diggerland, Kent
A theme park where all the rides and attractions are based purely on construction equipment! The picture was taken from the top of Skyshuttle, a crane modified to take two rows of people. The crane goes up, stays up for 5 minutes to allow you to take in the view (Medway road and rail bridges can be seen in the distance) and then comes down! Some of the other attractions can be seen in the foreground.

Wasteland leading to a Riverside Path
There is an unofficial path along the river here, but it's fenced off. Locals don't let it stop them, they just swing round the end of the fence to overhang the river edge for a short way, until they reach the other side. Adults, and children too.
